Delivery Timelines:
The estimated delivery time is displayed on the shipping page. However, these are indicative and subject to variations based on location, distance, and logistics partner performance. While we are not liable for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities, we will assist you in tracking your package with our shipping partners.

• Multiple Shipments:
  Your order may arrive in multiple packages from different locations. Rest assured, you will only be charged a single delivery fee for the entire order.
  
  
• Tracking Information:
  Once your package is shipped, we will email you the tracking details.
  
  
• Cash on Delivery (COD):
  
  
• COD is not a trial option; payment must be completed upon delivery. Refusal of COD orders may result in deactivation of the COD option for future purchases.
• Our shipping partners may not support COD in some areas, and the option might be unavailable. For assistance, contact our customer support via WhatsApp.
• Special Delivery Requests:
  If you have specific delivery time requirements, please email us and leave a comment with your order. While we will strive to meet your request, we cannot guarantee special delivery times.
  
  
• Logistics Partners:
  Reliable courier services like Delhivery, Ecom Express, and Amazon Shipping deliver orders placed in India. If your address is outside their serviceable areas, we will contact you to explore alternative delivery solutions.
  
  
• Order Cancellations:
  
  
• To cancel an order, please email us within 4 hours of placing it. Cancellations will not be accepted once the order has been shipped.
• Refunds will not be processed if an order is cancelled at the doorstep or if delivery fails after three attempts by the courier.
  
  
• International Shipping:
  International shipping will be available soon. Please note, we do not currently ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

1. We pack our products with a lot of care and love so that it reaches our customers safely. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged / incomplete or different from what was ordered, please send us a photo and an opening video of the product and box within 24 hours of receiving your order. 2. We do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition.
3. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Hence, we request you to be completely sure of your purchase decision before buying a product. In case of any queries regarding a product before ordering, you can reach us ON Call or WhatsApp us at +91 96534 30327. We would be happy to assist you by showing the products live on video call.
4. Imaar Home utilizes third-party courier services and cannot be held liable for shipping delays.
5. Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received. All original paperwork must also be included.
6. Courier Partner will pick up the product(s) from your doorstep, and Once returns are received and pass our quality checks, we will issue store credit for the value of the returned items, which can be used for future purchases on our website or store. The voucher is valid for 3 months.
7. We may charge a fee for returns or deny return requests if multiple returns are initiated from the same account.
8. Please note that shipping charges paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable. Additionally, we reserve the right to deny free returns if a previous COD order has been cancelled at the doorstep.
9. While instances of missing products or theft during transit are extremely rare, if you feel your parcel has been tampered with, please contact the Imaar Home team immediately and take a video before opening the box. If you receive an SMS stating the order has been delivered but have not received the parcel, notify the Imaar Home team within 24 hours of the successful delivery notification.
10. For COD orders, Imaar Home reserves the right to deny future orders. For prepaid orders, two-way shipping costs will be charged for cancellations.
11. Please note that slight differences in texture, color, or size may occur for our artisanal and hand-made products. These natural variations are not considered defects but add to the uniqueness of each item.
12. For bulk or customized orders, the above policy does not apply. Returns for such orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
