We pack our products with a lot of care and love so that it reaches our customers safely. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged / incomplete or different from what was ordered, please send us a photo and an opening video of the product and box within 24 hours of receiving your order. We do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Hence, we request you to be completely sure of your purchase decision before buying a product. Imaar Home utilizes third-party courier services and cannot be held liable for shipping delays.
Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received. All original paperwork must also be included.
Courier Partner will pick up the product(s) from your doorstep, and Once returns are received and pass our quality checks, we will issue store credit for the value of the returned items, which can be used for future purchases on our website or store. The voucher is valid for 3 months.
We may charge a fee for returns or deny return requests if multiple returns are initiated from the same account.
Please note that shipping charges paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable. Additionally, we reserve the right to deny free returns if a previous COD order has been cancelled at the doorstep.
While instances of missing products or theft during transit are extremely rare, if you feel your parcel has been tampered with, please contact the Imaar Home team immediately and take a video before opening the box. If you receive an SMS stating the order has been delivered but have not received the parcel, notify the Imaar Home team within 24 hours of the successful delivery notification.
For COD orders, Imaar Home reserves the right to deny future orders. For prepaid orders, two-way shipping costs will be charged for cancellations.
Please note that slight differences in texture, color, or size may occur for our artisanal and hand-made products. These natural variations are not considered defects but add to the uniqueness of each item.
For bulk or customized orders, the above policy does not apply. Returns for such orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
